NHS Test and Trace - what you need to know?
We are legally required to record NHS Test & Trace information for all guests visiting our venue.  Please either download the NHS Test and Trace APP (and scan the QR code on arrival) or complete the form at our desk.  If you refuse to do either, we have no option but to ask you to leave.  Thank you for complying and your understanding.

What are your normal opening hours?
Wednesday to Saturday 12 noon until late (last food orders 8pm) and Sunday 12 noon until late (last food orders 7pm).  Check out our social media channels for any updates before you set off.  We open Bank Holidays too

Can we reserve a table?
Yes we have decided to accept reservations, but due to a high number of no shows last year, we will require a £10 per booking deposit, which will contribute towards your bar bill. No reservations required after 7pm

Do we need to order food or can we reserve a table for drinks only?
There are no restrictions in place requiring food to be purchased with alcoholic drinks.

Can we just turn up without reserving a table?
Yes you can turn up and wait until a table becomes available (socially distanced queues)

How long is our table reservation for?
During busy periods, you are allocated your table for 1 hour 30 minutes.

What are the rules about how many people per table?
Following government guidelines groups of 6 people from mixed households can meet up inside or 2 households (no restrictions on numbers).  Outside dining is restricted to 30 people

Can we pay with cash?
No sorry we will only be taking card payments during this time

How do we order food and drinks?
We are legally required to operate table service.  As we have 9 independent vendors, we are currently using Uber Eats, so download the APP before you arrive to save some time and also see what delicious food and drinks we have on offer. Order on the APP, enter your table number and we will bring your food to your table

How many people can we book?
Government guidance states rule of 6 or two households for inside dining.  Tables outside are restricted to 30 people

Parking
Parking in the MerseyTravel carparks are available and charged at £1 per hour. Please note the parking meter only accepts coins (not card payment). There is also a council carpark nearby. Check our website for details of available parking.

Public Transport
We have excellent public transport with a bus depot in front of our building and Hamilton Square Train station just a few minutes walk.

Wheelchair/Pram Access

We have chair lifts available to access our roof top terrace.


Ordering from Multiple Vendors
Please note if you order from multiple vendors your food may not arrive at the same time as some vendors are busier than others

Do you have any highchairs available for babies/toddlers?

Yes we have a number of highchairs available for your use

Are you dog friendly?
Yes we welcome all fur babies and have treats and water on offer to keep them happy
