COVID 19 Update

Following government Tier 3 guidelines, we will be ensuring the safety of our customers, staff and vendors and will be offering you a new dining experience, but with the same unique view of the Liverpool skyline and delicious food!!!

 

These are the important things you need to know:

 

OPENING HOURS

 

Whilst we adapt to our new way of dining, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, open again Wednesday to Saturday 12 noon to 8pm and 12noon until 7pm on Sundays.  These hours may change so please follow our Facebook page  (@woodsideferryvillage) to keep up to date.

 

WHAT ARE THE CHANGES?

 

Your safety and that of our staff and vendors is our utmost priority. Therefore, following strict government guidelines, here’s what changes have been put in place for your protection:

You can come into the venue but if you want to reserve a single table (max of 6 people from same household)  in advance you book a table by ringing us on 0151 318 0944 or messaging via our social media channels or our Reservations Form to avoid disappointment.  Menus are also available to view prior to arrival - and can be seen be clicking the vendor logos on the website home page

Please note - we are accepting CARD PAYMENT only, we are not accepting CASH at this time

On arrival you will be taken to your table and we will be using table services.  Please wear a face covering when not seated and check in using NHS Track and Trace.

Menus are available and are sanitised before you arrive.  Drinks can be ordered from your table - please note under Tier 3 guidelines alcohol can only be served with a substantial meal.

Your food will be served by a dedicated host who will bring your order direct to your table

OTHER CHANGES INCLUDE:

  • One way system (please follow the floor signs)

  • Please stay at your table (unless you need to go to the toilet or upon exiting)

  • At the moment, no groups larger than 6 form the same household

  • All condiments are single use

  • Only one person at a time in each toilet facility (please lock main toilet door after you)

  • Tables and chairs will be disinfected on your departure and before another party sits down

  • Toilets, bannisters and door handles will be continuously cleaned throughout the day

  • Sanitising stations will be available throughout the venue

  • Our team will wear PPE to protect you and themselves

  • Please don’t visit us if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or feel unwell.

  • Please fill in our Track and Trace form or simoly scan your mobile on the card on each table

TAKEAWAY & DELIVERY

 

All our vendors can provide a takeaway service - so please keep updated through our social media and by using the Uber Eats APP for dorder and delivery.  You can also order and collect from Woodside Ferry Village.

 

Lastly, come in have some delicious food and drinks, take in the view and work with us to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe visit. We have decided that we are still going to be dog friendly, so your pets are still welcome.
