More great news for Woodside Ferry Village and its customers is the arrival of Bamboo Thai, which has created a menu fusing the tastes and flavours of street foods from Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.
Bamboo Thai will bring a blend of the familiar and the new, which customers will recognise including favourites such as, Thai Green and Red Curries, Chicken Satay and Som-Tam.
For the adventurous or those seeking something new Bamboo Thai’s street food classics will include Rad Na, Larb Gai, Yum Woon Sen Gai and the popular Thai Noodle Rolls, something for everyone including a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options.
Bringing her expertise in the creation of Bamboo Thai street foods will be Pam Anuniwat, who is excited to be coming to Woodside Ferry Village, she commented, “I am delighted that I will be able to share the flavours and the tastes of Thai food with so many people over the coming months.
"The popularity of Thai food has grown over recent years so I have developed a Bamboo Thai menu which will be authentic and flavoursome with spice, colour and ingredients to bring the genuine tastes of Thailand to Woodside Ferry Village.”
Since lockdown the Woodside Ferry Village food vendors have been creating special menus designed to suit the current opening opportunities of the food and drink sector and will be presenting a diversity of flavours and choice.
This will include the Japanese fish-based freshness of Haku Sushi, spicy Mexican street food of Low Slow and Dough, the Gastro pub traditional dishes of The Refreshment Rooms, together with Caffe Cream coffee, teas, cakes and a range of ice creams.
